ABOUT
Joyce was born in a small community, North of New Brunswick, called Lavillette. She was raised in Miramichi and now resides in Dieppe. She has three children and three grandchildren.
She has obtained a Law Degree from the University de Moncton and have practiced law in New Brunswick specializing in Family, Property and Estate Law.

Joyce can provide advice and help to negotiate a settlement that would be in the best interests of your child or children. If a resolution is not obtainable than Joyce will be there to help you through the family court process.
Joyce can assist you in drafting separation agreement or reviewing and providing independent legal advice.
DivorceWhether it is an uncontested divorce or a contested divorce, Joyce can prepare and file the required documents. An uncontested divorce is often much easier than a contested divorce because spouses can end their marriage without any animosity. If an uncontested divorce is not attainable, Joyce is prepared to help you through the family court process. Joyce can work virtually or in person. Purchasing, Selling, RefinancingIf you are buying of selling a home, Joyce can assist you by drafting a purchase and sale agreement, drafting all necessary documents for the sale or purchase of your home, and providing clients with personal service on closing. If you are refinancing, she can assist you on drafting and filing mortgage documents.
Joyce offers broad range of services from drafting Wills, drafting Powers of Attorneys, assisting beneficiaries, and assisting executors in the probating and administration of estate.

Will & Testament
- This document specifies who you want to give your assets to, you must name an executor who will execute the Will in accordance with your wishes, when there are minor children involved you would appoint a guardian and a Trustee.
- Is a document that names a person, of your chose, to make financial decisions for you when you are unable to make them for yourself.
